When you step through the door you'll think that you stepped back in time 50 years, and when you smell the food, you'll think that you are in your Grandma's kitchen.  When you taste the food, you'll think that you died and went to Heaven.  Try to leave room for desert, it's homemade too.

The best hotdogs in the world.....enough said.

Ask for the black cherry soda or a malt.
The French Fries are great too.  You may want to take home a bottle of the cherry soda for an Athens souvenir.  It has a nice label that indicates that it is from Athens and it may be collectible one day.

Again, a very nostalgic atmosphere.  The best food in Barrow county.  The banana pudding is too good to describe in mere words.  Try it.
